Ron went to the opthamalogist yesterday expecting to be released back to work. While his eyesight improved 40% from his last visit and his ulcer looks better, his eye is still imflamed and the light sensitivity is very painful. She wants to see him again on Friday, so he's here the rest of the week. He has already said he's going back to work Monday no matter what, so I hope things go well on Friday. His boss is upset, as he wanted him in the office today.

Brandi, his boss is going to have to just "deal" with him not being there. Holy cow, obviously the guy is clueless. Hopefully 1 more week resting at home will make a world of difference.
I agree with Brynn. The boss needs to deal with it. Shingles are awful!! I hope the appointment on Friday goes well.
